Lokesh Kanagaraj delivered his fifth movie 'Leo' starring Thalapathy Vijay last Thursday. Despite the mixed reviews from the critics, the action film has gained a unanimous response from the general audience and is rocking the global box office. Meanwhile, Loki jetted off to Kerala for the Leo promotions today.

Lokesh Kanagaraj visited the Aroma Theatre in Palakkad and met the fans. As per the reports, the director injured his leg in the rush of the event and was hospitalized. He took to his social media handle and confirmed that he was injured in the crowd. Loki called off his other commitments today and returned to Tamil Nadu. This is now going viral.

Sharing a picture of himself taking a selfie with Kerala Vijay fans, Lokesh wrote, "Thank you Kerala for your love.. Overwhelmed, happy and grateful to see you all in Palakkad. Due to a small injury in the crowd, I couldn’t make it to the other two venues and the press meeting. I would certainly come back to meet you all in Kerala again soon. Till then continue enjoying #Leo with the same love." (sic)

Leo produced by Seven Screen Studio features Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Gautham Menon, Mathew Thomas, Sandy, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, Madonna Sebastian, George Maryam and others. The film has music by Anirudh, cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa, editing by Philomin Raj and stunts by the Anbariv duo.
