Vijay Sethupathi joins the Hindi remake of this Lokesh Kanagaraj hit!

It was recently announced that cinematographer Santosh Sivan is set to direct the Hindi remake of the 2017 hit Maanagaram which was the debut movie of Lokesh Kanagaraj and that this movie will have Vikrant Massey playing the lead.

Now the latest reports making the rounds is that Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi might be playing an important role in this Hindi remake and that this was a role that was there in the Tamil original as well. Maanagaram hindi remake also stars veteran actor Sanjay Mishra in an important role.

Maanagaram written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj was bankrolled by Potential Studios and starred Sri, Sundeep Kishan, and Regina Cassandra in the lead roles besides Charle, Madhusudhan Rao, Munishkanth, and Vivek Prasanna.
