Lokesh Kanagaraj made heads turn by giving a mindboggling film Vikram starring Kamal Haasan in the lead role. After the strong wave created by the film, the term LCU (Lokesh Cinematic universe) trended on social media platforms. While many fans wanted Thalapathy Vijay to join Lokesh's universe, now it looks like the handsome hunk Vijay Deverakonda might soon be part of this universe.

During a recent interaction with the media, the young star opened up about his admiration for Tamil Filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj. The actor said that he is a fan of his body of work. He further added that he would love to join the Loki Cinematic Universe (LCU), which includes Karthi's Kaithi and the Kamal Haasan-led Vikram. He said, "I am waiting for a call from him to get on board his universe,".

Post Liger, Vijay Deverakonda will be seen alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the romantic comedy Khushi, slated to release in cinemas on December 23. He is also set to headline Jana Gana Mana (JGM), directed by Puri Jagannadh opposite Pooja Hegde.

Lokesh, on the other hand, will soon be beginning work on Thalapathy 67. Touted to be a Pan Inda film Vijay is expected to join the sets after completing the shooting of Varisu. Lokesh many also may also reunite with Kamal Haasan for a sequel to Vikram in which the Ulaga Nayagan will lock horns with Rolex (Suriya).
