Being in exile from Malayalam for long, Lohithadas is planning to make a comeback with a film planned with Meera Jasmine in the lead. This will be a female oriented film which will bring out another powerful performance from Meera. It is also heard that Meera is also planning to produce this film for his mentor director Lohithadas.
Recently Lohithadas had remade his Kasthoorimaam into Tamil with Meera again in the lead. The films limited success over there has prompted Lohi to return to his kingdom where every filmmaker is in the lookout for better scripts. Many believe that Lohi's entry into directorship has affected his effectiveness with script writing. Many of his scripts for Sibi Malayil, including 'Bharatham' and 'Kamaladhalam' has brought out the best from this thespian scriptor. News is also in the film circuit that Lohi is also writing one for Sibi to team up with Mohanlal, thus to recreate the old magic.
