As the nation is fighting a war against the deadly Coronavirus, with many people suffering without food abs essentials, former legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has helped help 4000 underprivileged people through an NGO amidst the nationwide lockdown.
Sachin has made his donation via Mumbai based non-profit organisation to help people in need during the pandemic situation, and the NGO Hi5 Youth foundation took to Twitter to thank him "Thanks @sachin_rtfor proving once again that #sports encourages compassion! Your generous donation towards our #COVID19 fund enables us to financially aid 4000 underprivileged people, including children from @mybmcschools. Our budding sportspersons thank you, Little Master!".
Sachin Tendulkar replied by wishing Hi5 foundation team for their noble work as he tweeted "Best wishes to team Hi5 for your efforts in supporting families of daily wage earners".
