Director N. Lingusamy is a name synonymous with commercial entertainers and he has enthralled audiences over the years with several films including 'Run', 'Anandam', 'Sanda Kozhi', 'Paiyaa' and 'Vettai'. Apart from directing he has also bankrolled several meaningful films under his banner Tirupathi Brothers that include 'Sathuranga Vettai', 'Manja Pai', 'Vazhakku Enn 19/9' and 'Kumki'.

Tirupathi Brothers banner's next project has been titled 'Naan Thaan Shiva' and is directed by R. Paneerselvam who has also directed 'Renigunta' and 'Karuppan' starring Vijay Sethupathi. The new film has Lingusamy's brother Subash Chandra Bose's son Vinod as the hero and Ashratha Shetty as the heroine with Rajasekhar handling the camera and Antony the editing. D. Imman is scoring the music and the album has been released today. Release is planned sometime this year when the normalcy returns.
