Liam Neeson rose to prominence in 1993 after his portrayal of Oskar Schindler in Steven Spielberg's highly acclaimed 'Schindler’s List'. Subsequently, he played mostly dramatic roles until 2008 when he became a sensational action hero after starring in the worldwide blockbuster 'Taken' and its sequels and others including 'The Ateam' .
Liam Neeson has stated in a recent interview that he is calling it quits as far as action movies are concerned and the upcoming 'The Commuter' and 'Hard Powder' will be his last in that genre. "The thrillers, that was all a pure accident. They're still throwing serious money at me to do that stuff. I'm like, 'Guy's I'm sixty-f***ing-five.' Audiences are eventually going to go, 'Come on.' ".
