The producer of 'Leo' Lalith Kumar has shared the interesting information that director Lokesh Kanagaraj will get angry whenever he praises one of the chief technicians of the film. Lalit attended the first look poster release event of Vijay Sethupathi's milestone 50th film 'Maharaja' directed by Nithilan Swaminathan.
Lalit Kumar stated that he knows Vijay Sethupathi very well and has worked with him in four films namely '96', 'Tuglaq Durbar', 'Master' and 'Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal' all of which earned him big profits. He praised Vijay Sethupathi for foregoing his salary to aid the release of '96'.
Lalit then heaped praise on Philomin Raj the editor of 'Maharaja' who is also the editor of 'Thalapathy Vijay's 'Leo'. He said that he watched half of the film and was floored by the editing work. He jokingly added that when he shared the same with Lokesh Kanagaraj the latter got angry that he worked hard to direct 'Leo' but the producer keeps praising the editor.
As good news for Vijay fans, Lalit Kumar added that 'Leo' will release as planned on October 19th and the major updates will come one by one from next week onwards. He also shared that the audio launch of the film will be held in Tamil Nadu but the venue is not yet fixed.
