Lokesh Kanagaraj has grown to be one of the biggest filmmakers in the country today. He is currently working on Thalapathy Vijay's biggie, 'Leo'. Loki was supposed to start the much-awaited 'Kaithi 2' with Karthi post-Leo but recently reports broke out that he is set to direct Superstar Rajinikanth.

Now, a Leo actor has confirmed that Lokesh will be joining hands with Superstar Rajinikanth next. It is none other than director Mysskin who played one of the villains opposite Thalapathy Vijay in Leo. In a recent interview, the veteran said, "Lokesh is emerging as a big director in national level. He is doing a film with Superstar Rajinikanth next."

"It is a proud moment. Rajini sir asking Lokesh to make a movie for him is a very very big thing. He is a person who's in the industry for over 50 years. His judgement will be right. It is said to be Rajini sir's last film but I'm not sure about that," added Mysskin. It seems that Lokesh will complete his film with Thalaivar before starting 'Kaithi 2'.

We have to wait for an official announcement about Lokesh's movie with Superstar Rajinikanth. Meanwhile, Leo stars Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Mysskin, Gautham Menon, Priya Anand, Mathew Thomas, Sandy and others. Anirudh composed the musical score for the movie with cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa and editing by Philomin Raj.
