However, his latest viral video, celebrating the birth of his first child, has landed him in legal trouble. Rajamoorthy, Director of Medical and Rural Health Services, confirmed that an inquiry will be launched. âCutting a newborn's umbilical cord is a medical procedure that should only be performed by a doctor, surgeon, or trained nurse. What he did was inappropriate, and we will be issuing a notice seeking an explanation. Further action will be taken depending on his response,â he said.
