Ranjith has wrapped up his recent film 'Leela' in a jiffy. The movie was shot in just 26 days. 'Leela' is based on the adaption of a short story of the same name by Unni R. He himself has done the screenplay of the movie and is satisfied with how the adaptation has come about. Unni says that it is just a representation of his short story and that as one would expect, many things have been added.

The movie stars Biju Menon as Kuttiyappan. Parvathy Nambiar plays Leela. Biju Menon says that he became excited about his role as Kuttiyappan as soon as he heard the script. He says that he got into the skin of the character soon. The movie is slated for a Vishu release.
