Lawrence may direct Salman

  • IndiaGlitz, [Tuesday,July 05 2011]

IndiaGlitz reported a few days ago that Salman Khan, who watched the trailers and promos of Raghavendra Lawrence's forthcoming 'Kanchana', expressed his desire to remake the movie in Hindi.

Now, a fresh update is that Raghavendra Lawrence himself might direct Salman for the Hindi version, thereby making his directorial debut in Bollywood. Remember the choreographer-actor is already a popular director in Telugu.

Yes, talks are on currently. If everything goes well, I will direct Salman for the Hindi version of Kanchana. An official announcement can be expected in a couple of weeks, says Lawrence with all hope.

Meanwhile, the Tamil version starring Sarath Kumar, Lawrence and Lakshmi Rai in lead roles, is gearing up to hit the screens on July 14. I am waiting with bated breath to know the reaction of Tamil audience, he says.
