Lavanya-Raj Tarun Case Takes a Shocking Turn with New Accusations and FIR

The case involving actor Raj Tarun and Lavanya continues to unfold with dramatic twists and turns, with new allegations surfacing and a police FIR registered. Lavanya, who previously filed a complaint alleging Raj Tarun’s betrayal and abandonment after an alleged affair with Malvi Malhotra, has now made even more serious accusations.

In her latest complaint, Lavanya claims to have been married to Raj Tarun for ten years, starting in 2014. She states that they dated for a decade before getting married and that Raj Tarun forced her to undergo an abortion a few years ago, providing medical reports as evidence.

The police have now registered a case under sections 420 (cheating), 493 (cohabiting with a woman under a false pretense of marriage), and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC against three individuals. Raj Tarun is named as A1, Malvi Malhotra as A2, and her brother Mayank Malhotra as A3.

Lavanya further alleges that she and her family have financially supported Raj Tarun, providing him with Rs. 70 lakhs. She claims that he forced her to undergo an abortion in 2016, and that he was responsible for paying her hospital bills.

In a shocking twist, Lavanya also accuses Raj Tarun and Malvi Malhotra of framing her in a drug case. She claims that she was arrested at Secunderabad railway station in January and held in jail for 45 days on false charges.

Lavanya’s complaint calls for action against Raj Tarun for cheating her in the name of love and marriage. She also requests action against Malvi and her brother for threatening her life.

The case has taken a dramatic turn with the inclusion of Malvi Malhotra and her brother as accused. It remains to be seen how the police will investigate these serious allegations and what consequences, if any, will be faced by the accused. This case has captivated the public’s attention, highlighting the complexities of relationships and the potential for abuse of power.
