A happy and satisfied Latha Mohan, the daughter of late music legend MS Viswanathan, shared her success story, saying that she manages to make a nice 100 crores per annum by sticking to her father's most valuable piece of advice.

Latha Mohan, the owner of Spalon India Pvt., a chain of beauty parlours employing over 450 individuals, attributed her huge success to values inculcated by her dad. She reminisced, attributing the start of her first beauty parlour, called Kanya, in 1981 to her passion for the art of beauty.

Latha has kept her business full steam ahead, not being affected by the challenges and skepticism faced at its initial stage. Gradually, she opened multiple branches for her business. Opening her first and third branches, actress Sripriya inaugurated them, and owner Latha vowed her commitment to the teachings of her father that related to honest business transactions, trustworthy communication, and customer integrity.

Her mother marks every branch opening by placing the first earnings in a stone box for good luck. When her father saw her achievement before death, he was proud of her personality and revealed the ethical base, which she preserved in business. Latha Mohan shared with much pride that she now looks after over 50 parlours among all of the various named corporate entities and that all of them contributed to the increasing success and growth of her company throughout India.
