It is no secret that actress Samyuktha Varma is a big-time yoga lover. The actress has even completed Yoga instructor course from Mysore Ashtanga Yoga Shala. The yesteryear diva, who always shares a glimpse of her practicing yoga, recently shared a video of her performing the Shirshasana, headstand and shared that practicing yoga is all about some me time for her.
Sharing the video, Samyuktha wrote, “My yoga practise. It doesn't matter if everthing is perfect. My practise… its my time… to feel more alive, calm and connected. Ther's no competition or judgement in yoga (Practise in silence) (sic)."
Samyuktha Varma made her acting debut with the1999 movie ‘Veendum Chila Veettukaryangal’. Though she has acted in only 18 films, she won state film awards twice. Post her wedding wuth actor Biju Menon, the actress left the film industry in 2002. Her last movie was the 2002 comedy thriller 'Thenkasi Pattanam’, that turned out to be Malayalam Cinema's ever green blockbuster hits.
