Shraddha Kapoor has been garnering accolades from all quarters for her performance in 'Rock On 2'. But there was no limit to Shraddha's exultation when Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkarji praised Shraddha for her performance in 'Rock On 2'.

Shraddha had met Lataji ages ago but Lataji speaks to her mother and aunt frequently, the actress wants to really meet the living legend. The legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar told Shraddha's mother and aunt, 'Please tell Shraddha that she's really a good singer'.

After Shraddha came to know from her mother about the praise that Lataji did, the actress was thrilled that very moment and that made her day.

When Shraddha was asked about her training as singer where she acknowledged her late grand father Pandharinath Kolhapure, she said she had taken a few classes from him and she further acknowledged her jazz trainer Samantha Edwards.

Shraddha has sung four songs in 'Rock On 2' and has surely mesmerized every one with her singing talent.
