Indiaglitz already broke to you that Superstar Rajinikanth will start shooting for 'Lal Salaam' in Mumbai this week. Lyca Productions officially updated the same to the fans at midnight and revealed Thalaivar's character name and poster.

We also reported to you that the legendary actor will be seen in a Muslim role in this film. As we reported earlier, the production house has announced that Rajinikanth will be seen as 'Moideen Bhai' of Mumbai in Lal Salaam and revealed his look from the movie with an exhilarating poster. He is playing a cameo role in this after the 2008 film Kuselan.

Lal Salaam is a cricket-based sports drama directed by Rajinikanth's daughter Aishwarya. While Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth play lead roles, Thalaivar is set to play a cameo alongside actress Jeevitha Rajasekhar in a key role. AR Rahman is composing the musical score for the movie while Vishnu Rangasamy handles the DOP and Pravin Baskar does the editing.
