Mohanlal has started another restaurant in Bangalore to add to his chain of restaurants. The restaurant in Bangalore is named as 'Harbour Market'. Mohanlal is planning to market his 'Taste Buds Products' internationally in the brand name 'Taste Buds Harbour Market'. The products range will include mostly sea foods and allied products. Mohanlal will expand his masala and pickle exports to the international markets and all major countries by the month of June. Lal is also planning to start another factory in Pollachy next year.

Apart from hotel business, Mohanlal also owned a production and distribution company named Pranavam. 'Vismaya' Film Studios and Animation Academy are also the enterprises owned by Mohanlal.
