Lal as Mathewoos

Taking a gap from his big budgeted gangster movies, Lal is back to play the son of the soil in the new movie by Roshan Andrews. The untitled flick will have him as Mathewoos, the owner of a Farmhouse in the bank of Periyar. Mohanlal has already started practicing under a trainer to look slim, as the hardworking man of a village. The movie which will bring back the acting merits of Lal-Thilakan duo will also feature a number of artists in smaller roles.
Scripted by James Albert, the movie will be another project of Aashirwad cinemas and Max Lab Release. The other Max Lab movies which will see the limelight of celluloid soon will be ÂAngel John and A R Sanjeev's ÂJanakanÂ.
