'Lakshya', the sports drama starring Naga Shaurya in the lead, will hit the screens on December 10. Its trailer is out.
Directed by Dheerendra Santhossh Jagarlapudi and jointly produced by Narayan Das Narang, Puskur Ram Mohan Rao and Sharrath Marar, what the trailer presents is an arc of the movie. The hero is an idealistic and upright archer, while his rivals are scheming. The first innings of Pardhu (Naga Shaurya) falls apart due to the antagonists. In the second innings, the hero has to get his act together and hit the bull's eye.
the film has Ketika Sharma of 'Romantic' fame as the female lead, whose parents oppose the affair because they think archery has no future. Starring Jagapathi Babu in a key role (he has got no much dialogue), it has Sachin Khedekar as the lead man's grandfather (there is a sentimental scene involving them in the trailer). Kaala Bhairava is its composer, while the dialogues are by Srujanamani. Sharmela Yalisetty is its art director.
