'Lakshya': Naga Shaurya starts filming for climax

'Lakshya', the sports drama starring Naga Shaurya in the lead, has entered the final schedule of its shoot today. The film has been in the making for almost two years. Owing to the pandemic, its production works couldn't be completed in time.
In its statement, Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP today gave an update on the production works. It said, The climax shooting of 'Lakshya' has begun today. Naga Shaurya has joined the set erected by the makers earlier this morning in Hyderabad. On his part, the 'Chalo' actor said that it all started two years back and today we have come to the denouement. The journey has been an incredible one, he added.
Directed by Dheerendra Santhossh Jagarlapudi and jointly produced by Narayan Das Narang, Puskur Ram Mohan Rao and Sharrath Marar, the film has Ketika Sharma as the female lead. Starring Jagapathi Babu in a key role, it has Sachin Khedekar as the lead man's grandfather.
Kaala Bhairava is its composer, while the dialogues are by Srujanamani. Sharmela Yalisetty is its art director. Editing is by Junaid Siddiqui.
