Actress, director and reality show anchor Lakshmy Ramakrishnan had questioned about the costumes of Tamannah and STR in the posters of their upcoming film 'Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadahvan; . She has asked why always the 'she' (heroine) had to wear skimpy clothes while the 'he'(hero) appears fully covered. She has commented about the objectification of women in films in the posters. She received boquets as well as brickbats for her observation in Twitter.

But the reaction of STR for this comment of the woman filmmaker is nothing but praiseworthy. The actor has apparently called the 'Ammani' director and the duo shared their views over the phone call. Lakshmy said she has requested the 'Manmadhan' actor to lend support in the war against disrespect for women.

She also went on to record that STR is straight forward and down to earth who does not carry any air as a star.

Thus STR has made his critic to praise him with his level headed behaviour.
