Lakshmy Ramakrishnan dons many hats including actress, television host and social activist. She has finished shooting her latest film 'House Owner' starring Kishore, Lovelyn and 'Pasanga' Kishore. Meanwhile there have been rumours in the past few days that she will soon be hosting her popular show 'Solvathellaam Unmai' in a different channel from the original Zee Tamil.

Lakshmy Ramakrishnan has cleared the air stating "There is a rumour that I have signed up to do 'Solvathellaam Unmai' for another channel, i clarify that I will not be hosting it for any other channel. I did my best for the show & it is over, wonderful tenure with Zee Tamil am approached by other channels but will not do".

On Women's day, she received a warm welcome by her fans and Lakshmy shared "Love for 'Solvathellaam Unmai' has no expiry date overwhelmed by the affection showered by so many followers at Kannagi Nagar women’s day celebrations. Spoofs or defaming films don’t matter so far as people recognise honesty".
