It's now official that 'Lakshmi's NTR' will hit the screens on March 22. The film stars P Vijay Kumar as NT Rama Rao and Yagna Shetty as Lakshmi Parvathi. Ram Gopal Varma has co-directed it. Chandrababu Naidu's role is played by Sriteja.

Announcing the release, RGV has refuted the rumours about the film's pre-release business deals. "The business details will be revealed by.GV Films, RGV and Rakesh Reddy once the deals are finalized," a statement from the makers says.

"The Theatrical Trailer for the political thriller has got more than 1 crore views from RGV’s Youtube channel alone. The emotional 'Nee Uniki', rendered by SP Balasubrahmanyam, has become a big hit," the makers say.

Agasthya Manju is the film's other director. Produced by Rakesh Reddy and Deepthi Balagiri, its music is by Kalyan Koduri. Rammy is the cinematographer. Editing is by Kamal R. Venkatesh Jakkula is the Costume Designer. Choreography is by Shankar Master. Lyrics are by Sira Sri.
