Prabhu Deva-starrer ‘Lakshmi’, a dance drama, marks the debut of Baby Ditya Bhande. Written and directed by AL Vijay, this musical dance-based film sees Prabhu Deva in the role of a mentor to Ditya.

The trailer for the movie positions itself as an inspirational showreel wherein a pre-teen girl overcomes all hurdles in realizing her dreams. The hero plays her motivational guru, a complete guru at that.

Prabhu Deva's dance moves will be keenly watched out for, so also Ditya Bhande's, whom children will surely love to admire.

Director AL Vijay seems to have gone in for a lot of comic doses, especially with Kovai Sarala.

Salman Yusuff Khan, Chams, Akshat Singh, Jeet Das and Sam Paul, the film has music by Sam CS. Nirav Shah is the cinematographer. Editing is by Anthony.

Its audio is out and the film will hit the screens on August 24.
