Lakshmi Rai, who offered prayers at the Dargah Ajmer Sharif recently, says she went to the holy place to thank the Almighty, as one of her important wishes was fulfilled. "It was a nice experience", she says.

"I was planning to visit Dargah Ajmer Sharif for a longtime and was able to do so only last week. It was a great spiritual experience", says the actress, adding: "I would like to visit the place once again".

Happy about the response to her recent release 'Kanchana', she says, "I am thrilled to know that the film has been declared a hit in both Kollywood and Tollywood. This shows audience are always ready to support fresh attempts".

Saying that she would make her foray in Bollywood soon, Lakshmi stated that she is eagerly waiting for the release of her forthcoming Tamil movie, 'Mankatha'. "I have played an interesting role in it", she signs off.
