Lakshmi Rai: I don't play Vikram's love interest

As reported earlier, Lakshmi Rai is the latest addition to the hot and happening team of ÂThaandavamÂ. This led to few rumors of her playing VikramÂs love interest in the movie where heÂs already wooing Anushka Shetty and Amy Jackson.
ÂI donÂt play VikramÂs love interest in Thaandavam. But IÂm there throughout the story and I canÂt wait to work under AL Vijay! I connected with my character when I heard the scriptÂ, exclaims an excited Lakshmi Rai.
She left for London this morning (May 24) and will be joining the team who is shooting the important portions of the film in there from quite sometime. It is said that Lakshmi has allotted a chunk of 25 days for the film! Shooting in London will take place till mid June. Recently a song featuring Vikram and Amy Jackson was canned at the scenic locales of the Thames River.
Produced by UTV Motion Pictures, ÂThaandavam stars Vikram, Anushka and Amy in the lead roles and has music by GV Prakash. Jagapathy Babu plays the antagonist. Comic relief is by Santhanam who joined the shoot recently. The action entertainer is making more headlines with each passing day.
