Heroine of Prabhu Deva's Next film as an actor

As we had reported earlier, actor Prabhu Deva will be playing the lead role in 'Yung Mung Sung' directed by debutant Arjun. The film is touted to be a comedy entertainer dealing with martial arts. Prabhu Deva who made a comeback as an actor with last year's super hit flick 'Devi' will be seen as a Kung fu master in this film and the story is apparently set in the 1960s and 70s.
Earlier it was expected that Catherine Tresa will be the heroine of this film. But now the director Arjun has confirmed in a recent interview that Lakshmi Menon has been finalized as the female lead of his film and she will be seen as a village belle and a Bharathanatyam dancer in this film.
Director Thankar Bachan will be acting as Prabhu Deva's father in the film while RJ Balaji will be playing a supporting role. The film's shoot is expected to commence by the end of this month.
