Lakshmi Manchu & hubby set up restaurant in city

Actors and actresses setting up their own restaurants/launches is nothing new. While this trend started early on in Mumbai, this one caught up in Bengaluru and Hyderabad a bit later. It's now the turn of an actress and her spouse to make their presence felt in the city by inviting you to their restaurant. It's Lakshmi Manchu and Anand, who is a software engineer by profession. They have set up a restaurant named Junior Kuppanna at Hi-Tec City in Hyderabad. The same was launched by Dr. Mohan Babu himself in the presence of his family members.
The proud father and father-in-law said that daughter and son-in-law had fulfilled his long-time wish to open a restaurant. "I had an idea to open a five star hotel. But when I conveyed my wish to my father, he advised me to start a school which would be useful for the present and coming generations, too. So, I started Sri Vidyaniketan Institutions and fulfilled my father's dream. But my dream has still remained unattended," he said.
The Manchu patriarch further said, "I am now very happy that my dream is fulfilled by my daughter Lakshmi Prasanna and Anand. I feel very happy that they have selected the franchise of Junior Kuppanna. All items in this hotel are made without any chemicals."
Manchu Lakshmi said, "I am very happy to have opened the first branch of this hotel in Hyderabad. Everyone knows about Junior Kuppanna, which has branches in Chennai and Bengaluru. Whenever I visit Bengaluru, I make it a point to visit Junior Kuppanna. There is a saying that meditation is for the mind and Kuppanna is for the stomach. Kuppanna's owner is very good friend of mine and that's how I got this franchise easily."
