Lakshmi Manchu's next film's title is quite curious. Titled as Lakshmi Bomb, the film comes with the caption 'From Sivakasi'. The film was launched today in Annapurna Studios. To be directed by Gopalakrishna, it is produced by Vella Mounika Chandrasekhar and Uma Lakshmi Narasimha. The muhurat shot was given clap by Manchu Vishnu, while the camera was switched on by Manchu Manoj.

Speaking on the occasion, Lakshmi Manchu said, "I am playing an upright judge's character here. I got excited when Karthikeya Gopalakrishna narrated me the story. I am eagerly waiting for the shoot to begin. We will complete the film in a single schedule."

Director Karthikeya said, "This is a nice comedy thriller. It's a new concept altogether. Manchu Lakshmi garu is playing a very powerful role. The regular shoot will commence from next month. Sunil Kashyap is composing the music."

Darling Swamy said, "Lakshmi's character is as powerful as the Diwali cracker Lakshmi Bomb. The film will surely become a big hit."

Sunil Kashyap said, "I thank the makers for giving me the opportunity to compose music."
