A cultural hub center in Malleswaram locality that has a few auditoriums like Chowdaiah Memorial Hall, Seva Sadhana, SRV theatre and Sri Renukamba Theatre – the new one with four floors structure for various activities at one place is the brain child of noted playback singer and founder of Sadhana Music school Smt Manjula Gururaj.

The fourth floor auditorium Shukra` was inaugurated by noted actress Lakshmi Gopalaswamy via dance for She danced for Navashakthi Stuthi of Smt Manjula Gururaj. composition of Manjula Gururaj. Earlier to it Kumari Deepali performed Bharatanatyam and that was her Arangetram – Gowri Sagar student Deepali earned applaud for her quick movements.

TS Nagabharana and Gururaj with son Sagar joined for the lighting the lamp. Smt Gowri Sagar was present at this event. It was memory brush for Lakshmi Gopalaswamy with national acclaimed director TS Nagabharana sharing the dais with her. This place has positive vibrations. Sugama Sangeetha is valuable and distinct. Lakshmi also remembered Ako Shama DD days and two films work with TSN who was present on the dais.

Congratulating Manjula Gururaj on giving such a fine platform for the cultural activities noted director TS Nagabharana hoped that she makes money by conducting programs. For all of us in Bengaluru it was Ravindra Kalakshetra the main hub for cultural activities. In the south of Bengaluru there are many small and medium auditoriums to boast. In the part only there was dearth as Chowdaiah Memorial Hall was untouchable. The existence of this kind of auditorium should become a brand. I have been in this media with Manjula Gururaj from the beginning. She has contributed a lot. Leaving something for the future of society is impeccable.
