Nayanthara has done it yet again in the male dominated Kollywood by powering her 'Aramm' to critical and commercial success.  After a very long time the Lady superstar visited Kasi theater in Chennai much to the delight of her fans.

One of the leading and age old Kerala media's online channel observing Nayan's theater visit has published an article in which they have stated that the Tamil people rarely accept anyone as "Thalaivi" excepting the former chief minister Jayalalitha.  During Nayan's theater visit fans addressed her in that manner which has prompted the writer to conclude that like how Rajini is considered Thalaivar the leading actress has found an unshakeable place as Thalaivi in the people's mind.  Considering the nature of TN people to choose their leaders from the film industry and the vaccum created by the demise of Jayalalitha the Kerala media feel that Nayan is next in line.
