A photo of lady cop giving a bottle of milk to women carrying a baby inside a train has been doing rounds on social media. Well, the story behind the picture is heartwarming that is winning the internet. The cop in the picture is Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Sushila Badaik and the woman carrying the train is Mehrunnisa, who was travelling from Bengaluru to Gorakhpur. The cop was on duty when the Bengaluru-Gorakhpur train reached Hatia railway station in Jharkhand.
When the train made a stop at Hatia station at 6 a.m on Sunday, the mother requested the lady cop to arrange milk for her hungry four-month-old son as the shops on the platform were closed and there was no milk booth outside the station. The ASI went out of her way to help the hungry baby. She rushed to her home, which is near the station, to get a bottle of warm milk for the infant. She managed to return the station and handover the warm milk to the mom before the train began its onward journey.
DRM Ranchi shared a picture of the police officer handing over the bottle of milk to Mehrunnisa at the railway station.
