Yesterday we had reported that the Tamil Nadu Government's Labour Department is going to facilitate talks between the FEFSI and Tamil Film Producers Council to resolve the differences and put an end to the ongoing strike by FEFSI employees. (READ: TN Government intervenes in ongoing FEFSI strike).

As per the Government Circular released by FEFSI the meeting should have happened yesterday (August 2). But now it has been revealed that the meeting arranged by the Labour Ministry between the representatives of TFPC and FEFSI will take place tomorrow (August 4) at 4 PM.

We hope that an amicable solution is arrived after this meeting and the strike is ended.
