'Balaraju' is the title of a 1948 film fronted by the legendary ANR. The swashbuckler fantasy film was today remembered by Megastar Chiranjeevi for a reason. Balaraju is the name of Naga Chaitanya's character in 'Laal Singh Chaddha'. The multi-lingual release's Telugu version is presented by the 'Acharya' actor.

As Balaraju, Chay will be seen as Aamir Khan's friend. A friend in need, he is as strong as 100 soldiers in the life of the titular character.

The 'Love Story' and 'Bangarraju' actor is seen in army fatigue in the first look poster. He has no full-fledged role in the movie. The adventure-comedy drama is being presented in Telugu by Geetha Film Distribution company. Produced by Aamir Khan Productions and Viacom 18 Studios, it is an adaptation. The film will hit the screens on August 11.

Chay-starring 'Thank You' is releasing this Friday (July 22). Directed by Vikram K Kumar, it is produced by Dil Raju and Shirish. Chay is playing a cop in Vikram Prabhu's next movie. It is a sensible mass commercial entertainer, in Chay's words.
