  • IndiaGlitz, [Wednesday,October 28 2009]

Aravindan, who made his debut in Prabhu Solomon’s 'Laadam', has changed his name as Arun Joghee. In fact, that’s my actual name. So I will be known as Arun Joghee from now on, he says.

On the reason behind changing his name as Aravindan for his debut film, he says, It was the decision of the 'Laadam' team. They wanted to change my name as there was already an Arun in Tamil cinema.

Then why a name change again? I don't want to lose my identity. I love my original name a lot. On his forthcoming project, Arun says that he is currently shooting for a bi-lingual film in Bangalore.
