"Vijay Sethupathi plays a film institute student in the film. While all other students want to make feature films, he wants to make documentaries on social issues. The film starts like that. And what happens in his career, in his life to do documentaries; In one such assignment he gets into a Television industry and he accidentally anchors a TV show. But this is not all about the story."
