SJ Suriyah’s maiden outing with Pawan Kalyan resulted in a sensation called ‘Kushi’. The 2001 blockbuster changed the way heroes were looked at by the Telugu audience. Nearly 21 years after the super hit was released, the film is going to be re-released in theatres.
‘Kushi’ will hit the screens on December 31, marking the eve of the New Year. The 4K version is going to be brought out by producer AM Ratnam, who made profits by capitalizing on Power Star’s craze in 2001. The film, whose music is by Mani Sharma, has been redeveloped on 5.1 Dolby Audio, the makers today said.
“Re-live the evergreen romance in theatres,” the makers said, making the announcement.
Pawan’s fans are waiting for the re-release curiously. The fun-filled screenplay, PC Sreeram’s cinematography, Pawan’s fights (composed by him), and Bhumika Chawla’s performance are among the biggest highlights.
AM Ratnam is currently doing Pawan’s ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’. He is presenting it.
