The talented actress and politician Khushboo is coming to Kannada cinema again. A member of Indian National Congress Khushboo is also in the election campaign list of her party in Karnataka Elections on May 12. The election speeches of Khushboo are taking place at different places in Karnataka.

On her professional life she has accepted a film ‘Appa Amma Preethi’ in director Sridhar film. Earlier Radhika Sarath Kumar was offered this role and her busy schedule did not match the dates. Kushboo is taking up that role. The film is based on love of parents. Interestingly Khushboo is pair for Sarath Kumar, Tamil actor in this film.

For Kushboo the last film was ‘Janani’ in 2000 and after that she did not accept any Kannada cinema.

The lead actor of this film is Vinay Rajakumar. After finishing ‘Ananthu Vs Nusrat’ Vinay is joining this team. Manasa Radhakrishnan is female lead in this film. Juda Sandy is scoring music for ‘Appa Amma Preethi’.
