When Kushboo last appeared with Mammootty for a Malayalam flick, she easily managed to get the award for the best supporting actress. Kushboo was bestowed the award for the naturalistic performance in the movie ‘Kaiyoppu’ by Renjith which had her playing the romantic interest of Mammootty's ‘Balachandran’.
Now after a gap of few years Renjith is once again bringing back Kushboo to Mollywood, again with Mammootty. This time she will play a pivotal character in the new movie under production titled as 'Pranchiyettan And The Saint'. The movie which features Priyamani as the heroine is continuing with its shoot at Thrissur.
