Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay and Dream Girl of south India Trisha starrer 'Kuruvi', is the hottest property of the industry at present. Last week we reported that the movie was sold to a whooping amount of Rs 1.50 crore in Kerala. Now the movie has fetched Rs 1.20 crore towards Karnataka rights.

'Mandya' Srikanth, a Tamil film distributor in Karnataka, who owns Nanda and Yuvasri theatres in Mandya, has purchased the distribution rights of 'Kuruvi'.

It is officially announced that 'Kuruvi', produced by Udayanidhi Stalin under the banner of Red Giant Movies and directed by Dharani, would hit the halls somewhere between April and May (during Tamil month Chithirai). The makers of 'Kuruvi' have made it official through print ads that appeared on Sunday in the leading newspapers.
