Mohanlal’s war saga 'Kurukshetra' has shifted its release for a further date. The makers of this eight crore extravaganza, one of the biggest budgeted movie of Mollywood, is holding talks with theatre owners for procuring better release centers. The movie was originally planned to grace around hundred theatres today.

‘Kurukshetra’ is the third venture by army officer turned director Major Ravi, which is based on the personal experiences of the filmmaker who fought in the Kargil war between India and Pakistan that took place in Kashmir. Mohanlal will appear as the same character of the director’s previous hit 'Keerthi Chakra’- Major Mahadevan now a colonel, who is all determined to reclaim the land grabbed by Pakistani soldiers in the Kargil valley.

According to the latest reports chances are that ‘Kurukshetra’ may get to theatres from tomorrow.
