Actor Kunchacko Boban has filed a complaint against the producers of his 2013 hit film, Romans for deliberate betrayal .According to Kunchakko, the payment made to him for acting in the film, which was given as a cheque by the producers, Arun Ghosh and Bijoy Chandran, had failed to encash. This issue has been fuming for some time and was mentioned in a TV talk show by the actor, a few months ago.

Arun Ghosh, one of the producers of the film is maintaining that he has already paid a fifty lakhs rupees to the actor, even before the release of the film.

Romans, which was inspired from the Sean Penn- Robert De Niro film 'We're No Angels' had Kuncahkko with Biju Menon and Nivedha. The movie was one of the big hits of 2013.
