Kumud Mishra is an incredibly talented actor who has given several nuanced yet underrated performances in his career. He will soon be seen playing the lead in a web show titled 'Dr Arora'. This Sony LIV comedy drama will feature Kumud in the role of a sexologist and in a recent media interaction, he revealed what his tboughts were before taking up the role and how he prepped for it.
Naturally the actor was initially hesitant to play a sexologist. He told IANS, "Initially, when I heard the one-liner, I was interested to know the story, but at the back of my mind, naturally I had an inhibition. Kumud Mishra further shared that he visited some clinics pretending to be a patient in order to prepare for his part. He stated, “After hearing the story, even though I had enough details to understand the world of Dr. Arora, as an actor I had to do my research work too. So I visited a couple of clinics and interacted with sexologists pretending to be a patient.”
'Dr Arora' will release on Sony LIV on 22nd of July.
