Kudiyon Ka Hai Zamaana
Do you have friends who you feel really care for you? If so, then still be beware as sometimes your best enemies may turn out to be your worst enemies, though unintentionally. No, 'Kudiyon Ka Hai Zamana' is neither a tear jerker nor does it try to lecture on friends and friendship. Instead it is a frothy feel good film about friends who come close, move away only to be together again with double the passion.
Mayuri (Rekha), Natasha (Vasundhra Das), Kanika (Kim Sharma) and Anjali (Mahima Chaudhary) are four women who may look, sound and behave differently as individuals but together they are a riot. It's not that they had a 'bachpan ki dosti'! In fact they were way apart due to their age differences but destiny got them all together as they used to assemble under the same roof - that of a beauty salon. Not of the kind who could be seen frequenting kitty parties or coffee shops, something that interested them most was body care i.e. facials, manicures, pedicures, back rubs etc. etc!
Enjoying their stint together as the best of friends who were there for each other in the best and the worst situations, Mayuri, Natasha, Kanika and Anjali were having some great time together. While the first three in the list were married, Anjali was the only unmarried woman in the group.
And this is what was considered as the only sore point of envy for the other three!
And why not? After all Anjali had the best of men and fun reserved for her before she stepped into marriage hood while Mayuri, Natasha and Kanika missed all the action. Carefree as ever, another trait of Anjali was her knack for winning bits, be it anything and everything.
Little did she know that she would soon be a part of a bet that would change her life forever!
Some time back Anjali had mentioned that she would get married only after she has turned 25! Now her other friends took this as a golden opportunity to win one bet at the least. Their weapon? Find the most eligible guy for Anjali and hook him on to her.
The search begins and not be behind anyone, each of the three women got hands on a guy for their friend Anjali. Meanwhile Anjali, oblivious to these proceedings, found a guy named Amar [Ashmit Patel] for herself.
This brought to fore a luxury of riches for Anjali. Because she just didn't have one, but as many as four guy trying to woo her simultaneously. Amazed and surprised by the proceedings around her, she finally reached the crux of the problem and realized that each of the guys has a secret agenda in their mind.
A confrontation followed and what resulted was the friendship tearing apart with deep secrets been revealed.......
