‘Chandrudu’ , the latest flick of Krishnudu, is the remake of a Bollywood hit film of 2008, Dasvidaniya. The film is being directed by Satyanarayana Dwarapudi and produced by Rajkumar and PS Chandra on the banner of Usha Cine Studios.

Lakshmi Prasanna gave the clap for the muhurat shot recently. Jayant, a Malayalam actor is making his debut in Tollywood and playing the brother of Krishnudu in this film, while Jayasudha is playing the mother of Krishnudu and Jayant.

Krishnudu says, ‘ I am so excited to work with a senior actress like Jayasudha. Kalyani is playing a key role in this film. The script of ‘ Chandrudu’ is quite good and it is basically a feel-good movie.’

It is learnt that one of the top heroes of the Telugu film industry would also play an important role in this movie. The first schedule was launched on October 17 and it would continue for about 40 days.

Later the second schedule was planned in Malaysia. The producers are making efforts to release the film in January 2011.
