The Telugu film industry is rattled by a new drug scandal. Some prominent names associated with the film and television industry have crept up in the ongoing investigation. Telugu film producer, KP Chowdary is one of the prime accused in this drug case. KP Chowdary has previously launched the Telugu version of superstar Rajinikanth's critically acclaimed film Kabali.

He was also involved in distributing Mahesh Babu's 2013 action drama Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu and Pawan Kalyan's Sardaar Gabbar Singh.It is already reported that he was caught while trying to peddle about 111.45 grams of cocaine from Goa to Hyderabad. Meanwhile, react the news in circulation, Ashu Reddy gave an explanation regarding projected her phone number by the media channels.

In light of these accusations, Ashu reddy has provided explanation, which is also currently the target of intense trolling. The actress apparently stated on her social media pages that she disapproves of the actions of some media outlets that have accused her of lying about her connections to a select persons. She also said that, if necessary, she would provide the affected parties with clarity and the truth. She will, therefore, be providing information to the people who are interrogating her if necessary.

The actress did, however, mention that some individuals were freely revealing her phone number and that it would be accepted.
