Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian announced her engagement to musician Travis Barker and shared pictures of the proposal on social media. The event happened on October 17 at the Rosewood Miramar Hotel in Montecito in California.

The pictures feature Kourtney and Travis embracing each other inside a floral decoration by the beach. Congratulations started pouring in for the couple soon after the announcement, and Kourtney's sister Kim Kardashian posted on Twitter a video of Kourtney and Travis sharing a kiss, while giving a glimpse of the engagement ring. A source reportedly informed that the proposal happened in the evening in the presence of Khloe Kardashian as well as Tristan Thompson.

Sharing details of the engagement, the source had said, "Kourtney looked very surprised to see Khloe and Tristan there. Travis escorted Kourtney down to the beach, where he had red and white florals set up in the shape of a heart. It looked very romantic. I could see Kourtney smiling from ear to ear and put her hand over her mouth looking surprised. The family cheered for them and went back into the hotel."

While Kourtney Kardashian shares three children, Mason (11), Penelope (9) and Reign (6), with ex boyfriend Scott Disick, Travis Barker, who had been married twice previously, is the father of three children, Atiana (22), Landon (17), and Alabama (15). The couple started dating at the beginning of 2021 and went official in February after being friends for several years.
