Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan is all set to step into the shoes of Mahesh Babu in the Hindi remake of Srimanthudu, says the buzz. The film is likely to be directed by Koratala Siva. The director holds about 50% share in the Hindi remake rights and hence Hrithik has apparently asked Koratala to direct the Bollywood version as well. The talks are in the initial stages. Hrithik recently watched the film and suggested a few changes in the second half of the film, precisely the climax episodes.

Koratala is currently working on those changes and is expected to prepare the bounded script by February. Rakesh Roshan is being considered to play Hrithik's dad in this film which is likely to go onto the sets in the second half of 2016. Besides this remake, Siva is also working on the script for his next movie Janatha Garage starring NTR in lead role.
