'Korameenu' stars Anand Ravi as Koti, a trusted lieutenant working for a don-like figure named Karuna (Harish Uthaman). Shatru plays a daredevil cop in this gritty action drama set in Jalaripeta.
Most of the songs feature the male lead. Others feature him, the female lead and/or supporting artists. For a change, 'Jathara' from 'Korameenu' presents the residents of Jalaripet and their fishing activities, among others, by navigating the town's bylanes. The people are filmed in their natural habitat, lending the song a unique appeal.
Sung by Vasudev AS, the song has got lyrics written by Purnachary. The lines accentuate the slice-of-life flavour of the song. The composition by Anantha Narayanan AG is raw and unassuming.
This is the third song to be out after 'Thelisindi Ley' and 'Meenacchi Meenacchi'.
Sidharth Sadasivuni's BGM in the film is expected to be fitting. Director Sripathy Karri awaits the film's release on December 31. The film will be released through Ganga Entertainments in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
